Lakis Sofocleous MICM

Founder and Credit Consultant

Lakis began his career in Credit back in 1988 as a Solicitor’s Clerk at Lloyds TSB where he spent 10 years in Consumer Debt Recovery and Litigation. He then moved into Credit Control at Telstar Distribution in the music industry where he headed the Credit Department for both their UK and Export trade credit divisions. In 2001 he advanced his career into the competitive Consumer Electronics industry starting as Head of Credit at Fujitsu UK then moving to Sanyo Europe to become the Organisation's Credit Manager, which incorporated both the Consumer Electrics & Commercial trade credit divisions. During this time Lakis has successfully taken the Institute of Credit Management ’s professional examination and gained membership to the Institute.
